Monica serves as Controller for Newstream. Her primary focus is Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliations and Payroll. Monica’s Real Estate/multi- Entity and construction/property management accounting experience became the focus for her professional career while in Florida, performing various accounting duties for Astaldi (a large European-based civil contractor), GLF Construction (an international civil contractor) and Peebles Corporation. At Peebles, Monica was the key accountant for The Residences at Bath Club during the condominium construction and later for the association management. Monica holds a degree is in International Relations from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and she studied International Marketing at the Universidad de Comillas in Madrid, Spain. Monica and her husband Richard live in Highland Village with their children Viviana and Santino and their two dogs. In her free time Monica loves to spend time with her family in the lake, pool or in Colorado.
