Newstream is proud to be developing a 128-Key Springhill Suites by Marriott in their 6.125-acre Roanoke Village development in Roanoke, TX. This new project is adjacent to the Roanoke City Center live, work and play mixed-use development in downtown Roanoke. The development will be anchored by the Springhill Suites – a select service hotel. The 6.25-acre development will also feature a combination of flexible retail and office/medical office pads between the other sites. The development is just north of the intersection of Hwy 170 and Hwy 377 where there is a lot of growth coming with corporate relocations and other major mixed-use development.
