Hotel Quick Details: The 263-room Hotel is a three-story, interior corridor hotel. Opened as a Hilton in 1978, the Hotel completed a comprehensive, $20 million renovation in 2004. In 2016, the current owner completed an $8 million renovation, converting the property to a Four Points by Sheraton hotel. The Property is in excellent physical condition and features outstanding full-service amenities. The property is currently under contract for acquisition and will close in August 2018.
